Question for Adl International Trading B.V.

Hello Sir
I'm prepare business with ADL International Trading B.V in Netherlands, but I don't know have they safe in business, because before I had contact with one company in Netherlands and I made payment to his but don't delivery good to me. I'm truth worry for this transaction.
