I did not pick this moving company, it was the contract partner of the American company I used moving from the US to Germany. The service was lousy, completely incompetent. Firstly they didn't make any effort to contact me. They couldn't reach me via email because they used the wrong address, but they didn't try to call me once. So I have been waiting for information for weeks. The. They expected me to be available the next working day. They had no information internally what the transportation company agreed and gave me constantly wrong information. When they eventually arrived with hours delayed, they came with the wrong container. The next time they tried, they have been hours too late and arrived in the middle of the night. They were not flexible in postponing it to the next morning, even though it was a impertinence to deliver at this time of the day. The mover has been nice, but did not follow my instructions. Quite a lot of stuff was damaged. Never ever again this company.
